Share samba directories by nas

Hi, i have a question.
I have twonky server installed on a dlink 320.
It works great for him share, so for example i have 2 shared folde on mu nas and in condivision i can see /HD/HD_a2 & /HD/HD_b2 shared great.
Is possibile share other folders not in the nas?
Can i share for example a directory that is shared on my pc? \\pc-name\video for example or a directory that is in my decoder dreambox? \\ip_dec\configuration\mnt\ecc...
Using twonky for windows i know that is possible, is possible also by nas?
